Periodic tiles and fixed points

There is a cycle of 7 periodic tiles above, starting with the green double-cross at the top right, and going in order down to the double-blue tile whose inflation rule includes the green double-cross in the center.

There is one fixed point vertex pattern in the tiling, emerging at every vertex, where the mandala below emerges with higher iterations. This mandala was created using the fifth iteration of the thin rhomb.
